Abstract

This article aims to bring up the debate about the paradigm that has been built taking into consideration the new social movements in defense of the rights of children and adolescents in the contemporary scene, bringing the backdrop of the implementation of important spaces coordination, participation, deliberation and mobilization of civil society in an attempt to execution of public policies for children and youth.
