Abstract

The study presents a reflection of the housing policy, in Aracaju city, through the social project developed onto the spaces of the municipal public power performance. Since 2001, Aracaju City Hall has been unchaining actions directed to the housing in partnership with CEF, BID and Petrobrás. One of the requirements to the flotation of the unites is the aplication of resourcers on the social. The social work envolves organized actions through the axes of information, mobilization and community organization, and also the environment and the patrimony preservation. The social worker is one of the qualified technicians for its operation.
