Abstract

This intervention discuses that we understand as ‘retard in the claim practices with regard to the legal institutionalizacion’ in the field of social rights. In Argentine we are in a period when the rights recognized are the most important in the history and exceed the citizen consciousness of them. That causes difficulties to develop enforceable social rights strategies. We understand the way to develop and realize this rights requires legal, political and social sciences imagination. However, is necessary too the social movements, unions and social organizations involved in the struggle for human rights besiege upon the state to recover the substancial dimension of the democratic project.
