Abstract

This article has as objective to analyze the against-reform in the Brazilian superior education in the years of neoliberalismo, being considered that this process is based on the increase of the number of private courses and on the internal privatization of the public universities. rom the interlocution with the sociological and educational workmanship of Florestan Fernandes, it evaluates that the against-reform in course is deepening the cultural heteronomia and the dependent capitalist insertion of Brazil in the world-wide economy. In this picture the text analyzes as the against-reform of the superior education has happened in the process of professional formation in Social Service presenting a set of challenges for the project ethical-politician-professional.
