Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the home visit as an instrument of intervention. It is the result of the author’s experiences during professional teacher training and, in particular, during the Professional Workshop course where students were encouraged to exchange experiences and take a stand as regards professional intervention. The text invites the reader to discuss the use of the home visit as a means of legitimization of an imposed power, and to reinvent its meaning for the connection between collective and creative practices between visited visitors and visited.
